Giart and Nightwise
Breath & GazeYoga under the Stars in Luxembourg
Move. Relax. Look Up.
Breath & Gaze blends a gentle Vinyasa yoga practice, meditation and contemplative stargazing into one seamless experience, moving naturally from the body and breath to the quiet wonder of the night sky.
Look inward through movement and meditation, then look upward with the same calm attention.
One unfolding practice
From breath to gaze
Breath & Gaze is a journey in which each phase prepares the body and mind for the next, moving from gentle Vinyasa yoga to meditative stillness and, finally, a renewed connection with the night sky.
The meditation does not end when the stargazing begins. The group remains unhurried and attentive, allowing darkness, silence and the scale of the sky to become part of the practice.
Move
A slow, accessible Vinyasa yoga practice combines asanas and breathwork. Opening positions invite you to notice the sky and the surroundings while moving with attention rather than striving for performance.
Relax
A guided meditation gradually brings movement towards stillness. Attention shifts towards the breath, the body and the surrounding night, preparing the mind for a slower way of observing.
Look up
Nightwise continues the practice through relaxed, guided stargazing. We move slowly between naked-eye orientation, quiet observation and binocular views when conditions allow, leaving space to let the eyes adjust and simply remain with the sky.

Meet Giada
Giada is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher trained in Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Yoga helped her turn constant mental activity into greater clarity and presence, and her calm, inclusive approach invites participants to notice rather than perform.
The intention is not to perform a perfect posture, but to recover a sense of stillness you can return to.

Continues that stillness through quiet, science-based stargazing.
Why at night
The darkness is part of the practice
Natural darkness reduces visual noise and invites a different quality of attention. As the evening slows down, we explore how darkness, quiet and the wider sky can help the mind step away from constant stimulation.
Natural darkness
With fewer visual distractions, attention can settle on the breath, the body and the immediate surroundings.
Quiet observation
Stargazing continues the meditative rhythm through unhurried explanations, pauses and time simply spent looking.
Perspective and protection
The sky widens our perspective while revealing why natural darkness matters for people, wildlife and our shared environment.
Before you join
Everything you need to feel ready
Do I require any previous yoga experience?
No. The Vinyasa yoga practice is designed to be accessible to beginners. Giada guides each part of the practice and participants are encouraged to respect their own body and limits.
Do I require any previous astronomy experience?
No. Nightwise introduces the visible sky step by step, using clear explanations and direct observation. Curiosity is enough.
What happens if the sky is cloudy?
The programme and weather decision will be confirmed before the session because contemplative stargazing depends on suitable conditions.
Read the rescheduling and refund policyWhat should I bring?
Bring your own yoga mat, warm clothes and layers, and water. A blanket is also a good idea for extra warmth and comfort. Mats are not provided.
